CNC Turning

Our CNC turning department is equipped to handle a wide range of precision machining needs. We operate a Doosan 240 Lathe with a 12" diameter capacity, 16" length, and 2" through spindle bore, ideal for small to mid-sized components.

Next up is out Doosan 240L Lathe with a 12" diameter capacity, 26" length, and 3" through spindle bore, ideal for mid-sized components.

For larger parts, our Puma 400L offers a robust 20" diameter capacity, 84" length, and a 6.5" through spindle bore.

CNC MILLING

Complementing our turning capabilities, we also utilize a Haas VF-4 SS with 4th Axis functionality. This high-performance machine features a 52" x 18" table, 50" X-axis travel, 20" Y-axis travel, and 25" Z-axis travel. With a 12,000 RPM spindle, 30 HP vector drive, and 1400 IPM rapid traverse, it ensures precision and efficiency for complex milling operations.
